Prices

We offer a sliding scale of prices for the village hall - the longer your booking on any given day, the less you pay per hour. We also offer a discount to residents of Overbury and Conderton, and to our regular customers. Please note, we'll confirm the price when we respond to your booking request; just apply for the time that you need and we'll do the rest.

Weekend package

A weekend package costs £750 (£560 for residents and regular users) and gives you exclusive use of the whole building from 3pm on Friday through to 5pm on Sunday. Just select Weekend Package as the Booking Group when you submit your request.

Staging

We can provide a stage of up to 208 sqft (19.3 sqm):

5 staging panels @ 8ft x 4ft
2 panels @ 6ft x 4ft
A mix of 60cm and 40cm legs to accommodate mixed height staging if needed.

The stage can be configured in many different ways. Please let us know what you need in the comments section when you submit your request. Prices, including setup, are:

Large stage: £200 for 5 or more staging panels
Medium stage: £100 for 3 or 4 staging panels
Small stage: £50 for 1 or 2 staging panels.

Staging is FREE to hire for residents, although a setup charge may apply.

Audio visual and lighting equipment

If you need audio visual or lighting equipment, let us know in the comments section when you submit your request. We can provide contacts to local suppliers who can provide speaker systems, sound mixers, cable or radio mics, projectors, screens, large TVs and lighting.
